Great transition bag for short races and great gym bag
If you are doing a full triathlon or a half or full ironman this in not gonna work.

Definitely not a transition bag for triathletes!
This bag is way to small to be used as a transiton bag for any triathlon. You couldn't carry half of what you would need. A helmet would fill most of the inside compartment. There is no place for your running shoes or bike shoes!. Outside pockets are only useful for your personal item's like wallet etc. As for the cell phone pocket on the top flat its ok as long as you have the phone in a case or padded sleave. The wet clothing area is inside the main compartment and would get anything else inside wet too. This bag is good for only one thing. As a light commuter back pack. Dont waste your money on this one get the next larger size or buy from a different maker all together. Zoot you missed the target on this one!
