When entering their terrain you have options. The compact and light weight ENO Guardian BugNet will protect your night slumbers in your ENO hammock by not allowing even the smallest critters to enter your home for the entire evening. While it is as easy as pie to attach to your ENO Guardian BugNet, which is smaller and lighter than a tent, the Guardian is a backpackers dream. If the bugs are elsewhere, you don't have to have it on; it is ultimately up to you. Use in conjunction with your ENO hammock and ENO DryFly for ONE complete sleep system.
With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Luxury in a hammock
I love my Bug Net. It gives just enough protection to feel cozy and protected, yet still see out. Keeps bugs out, adds a few degrees of warmth, easy to set up, very compact. I like to see the moon, and sunrise, and feel claustrophobic in a tent, so this is perfect for me. Slept really well. Material is strong, and size is generous, which is important if you move around, or sleep diagonally in the hammock.

Some Setup Tips To Help You Out
When I first started using this bug net I set it up as they recommend with it's own sepperate ridgeline. I was also using ENO SlapStraps. The problem was the SlapStraps would stretch, and it would pull the openings at the ends open and allow bugs to get in. I have since switched my suspension over to Kammok Python Straps (but I understand ENO Atlas would also work now, it was not an option when I got the Python's) which eliminates the stretch. That solves 1 problem.
The next thing I did was start using a structrural ridgeline on my hammock. This stays permenantly attached and does not need to be reset when hanging, just set one time and it's done. Then I ditched the ridgeline for the bug net and just let it lay directly over the structural ridgeline from the hammock. This does a few things for me. It speeds setup time considerably by eliminating the need to hang another ridgeline, it allows for me to hang things like a light, stuff sack or ridgeline organizer, hat &...
good but not great
Ill start by telling you that my primary use for this bugnet is for backpacking. On that note, it is a little heavy but does its job flawlessly. It is plenty big enough and the opening for entry/exit is sufficient. The only down falls to this bug net are the weight and that it cuts the breeze pretty severely( meaning it doesn't allow a cool breeze to roll through on those warm summer nights. I do not use a bugnet in winter so I have no experience to speak of. All in all, ill Probly just coat my eno hammock with permetherin next time!
