Use as a LINER for your sleeping bag to stay extra warm and cozy!
Great product for backpackers!
I purchased this at Fred Meyer last year for around $12. I bought it as an accessory to add little bit extra warmth and softness to my Kelty mummy bag. Granted the material is pretty thin, I find it is PERFECT for use as a liner, in that it doesn't make me too hot. And its fleece so when you get up to pee and then crawl back in your sleeping bag, its not that cold unwelcoming nylon type material found in most sleeping bags. Total good purchase just for the added comfort!
An idea for backpackers: I bought this as an accessory to my Kelty mummy bag. I spent less money on the more inexpensive Kelty bag and just bought this to go along rather than pay a SIGNIFICANT more ammount for a "warmer" sleeping bag. It is very lightweight. It doesn't roll up very small however, but I just leave it inside the regular sleeping bag and roll it up all as one.
Don't be dissuaded by some of the other negative reviews. If you're not a MORON...

sleeping bag
this sleeping bag is what it is. it is a nice lightweight fleece sleeping bag. it is good for spring/summer camping. my eight year old son and i used them this summer for a camping trip and they worked well. although he did use a blanket on top but it was so much easier packing the fleece bags than bulky bags.
Thin Thin Thin
This is really thin. I was hoping for a thicker fleece. It was a gift for my Dad and he reminds me all the time how "Cheap" it is. That is the problem with on-line shopping--can't do the touch test.Stansport Sof-Fleece Sleeping Bag
