Nice
I had the Roberts and Ram rod holders until I tried 2 of the Cannon Dual Axis. The Cannons are much nicer, they keep the rod outside the boat gunnels. Much more room without the rod handles inside the boat and more adjustability on angles without the butt ends of the handles hitting each other. Makes it easier to change lures with these pulled straight up and clears boat docks when launching or loading. These say they are infinite rotation but the tab locks down in 18 degree increments which is much better than the 45 degrees I expected. I cut slots in the butts of my rod handles to lock into the horizontal gimbal roll pin in the bottom to keep the reels facing up while trolling.

Sturdy Holder
After I mounted the Cannon Tracks on my boat, I installed two of the dual axis and two of the single axis, I like both, but prefer the dual because of its added versatility. They appear to be quite sturdy.
Built very well
Being winter, I haven't had a chance to use it yet. That said it appears to be built extremely well, so I expect no problems.
