half way there
I like the smaller size of the flask, allowing little sloshing and easy to carry while running. The snap on back is weak and does not hold. the holder bag is very tight and takes some use before it stretches enough to work. the flask itself I give a 4-5 while the holder gets a solid 1. over all there is little choice out there for add on flasks so this has its place.
